Description
The hammering machine SMPA 500.2 ED is used mainly in companies engaged in the production of pallets with a capacity of 500 pcs per shift (8 hours)
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION SMPA 500.2 ED (Electric Drive):
The hammering machine SMPA 500.2 ED represents a modern robust construction using an electromechanical system for hammering pallets of various types and sizes. The machine is equipped with standard 26 (options max. 40 units) pushing units. It works with loose nails and, thanks to the electromechanical drive, has the lowest energy consumption (1.2 kWh) in its class. It is a suitable solution wherever there is a need to fast and high-quality hammering of pallets with high work productivity and high accuracy achieved in the scheme of nail joints. The machine makes it possible to make pallets using a universal pre-set template of a standard format (i.e. layout similar to a EUR pallet) with dimensions in widths from 700 mm to 1200 mm and lengths from 600 mm to 1500 mm. An option is the possibility of producing pallets with max. 2500 mm long (table extension) or pallets with max. Dimensions 1,500 x 1,500 mm (without preparing the legs). Another possibility is the use of fixed templates for the production of a specific type of pallet, which enables a quick change of machine settings for different types of pallets. Basically, the machine is equipped with three boxes with 10 outlets, which allow hammering pallets using three types of loose nails (we can include a 4th box as an option). An option is also a box with 12 outlets, which can be used where a larger number of nails of one type is needed (e.g. for upper boards). In the boxes, there is automatic switching and dosing of nails to the pushing units. The machine is able to work with nails of dimensions from 30 mm to 90 mm in length. The accuracy of the hammering pattern is within the tolerance of +/- 1 mm and min. the spacing of the nails is 25 mm. The machine is serviced by two workers. It goes without saying that there are safety elements that ensure the safety of work on the hammering machine. The machine meets the strict requirements for work safety resulting from the relevant EC regulations and directives.
Process of work on SMPA 500.2 ED:
The machine uses a system of knocking down finished pallets and preparing legs on a common table.
Palette beating:
1. Cubes and bottom boards of the lower part of the pallet (legs) are placed in the working position in the left part of the table.
2. To work positions in the right part of the machine, the lower parts of the pallet (legs) are placed, on which the operator lays out the strip and longitudinal boards of the finished pallet.
3. After establishment the operator confirms the automatic beating step and the machine performs the corresponding number of beating strokes.
4. Finished palette after the hammering cycle, it remains in the output part of the machine and the prepared lower parts of the pallet (legs) return back to the starting position.
5. In other operations, the entire cycle is repeated.
6. Finished palette from the output part of the machine, the operator can remove it manually, or the pallet can go fully automatically to the next pallet processing operation to the SMOP line.
Description of the main parts of the machine:
- Machine length 4000 mm
- Width 2150 mm (2950 mm including service stairs)
- Height 3100 mm
- Weight of the machine approx. 3000 kg
- Degree IP protection IP 54 / IP 20 (see revision report below)
- Knapping cycle: The time of the work cycle depends on the time of the material for making pallets by the machine operator
- The speed of moving the pallet into the stacking cycle is 0.6 m / s.
- Delivery time: 8-12 weeks from the order (depends on the final version of the machine)
- Terms of payment: Deposit 30% of the value of the machine and 70% before delivery of the machine
