Description
Deck Nailing machine is a device that is standardly included in the high-capacity line SMHC – Line, but it can also work as a stand-alone hammering machine to hammer pallet tops or 2-way pallets.
At the entrance, the machine is equipped with hoppers for transverse plates and hoppers for longitudinal plates, longitudinal plates can be of two different widths, as is standard, for example, for the EUR pallet. The principle of compaction is ensured by an electromechanical system, which is typical for all manufactured Störi Mantel machines, and this system is appreciated for its reliability and low energy requirements.
At the exit, the machine can be equipped with a stacker of tops or pallets and an exit conveyor for balancing the stacks. The choice of the number of tops or pallets in a stack is optional according to the customer’s request.
