Description
The complete palletizing line consists of a powerful SMPA 500. 2 ED knockdown machine, or SMPA 500.2 ED LP, a SMOP processing line, an SMPS pallet stacker and an export conveyor. Taking into account the layout of the production hall, this line can be arranged in different forms (Straight, L or U). With the goal of achieving greater flexibility and performance, it is also possible to implement a parallel arrangement of 2-3 automatic hammering machines with a connection to the pallet processing line.
The connection of individual parts of the line itself is solved by a combination of chain, roller or belt conveyors. The output parts of the line (removal of stacks) can be a chain or lamellar conveyor.

Arrangement of the palletizing line in an L shape
Parallel arrangement of hammering machines with connection to the pallet processing line
