Description
Cutting saw UKS 1000 Automat is intended for cutting prisms, construction timber, or for sharply cut boards , that is of material requiring a large cutting diagram. Another use is the cutting of chips in the production of pallets or the processing of leftovers. The saw was designed to replace the heavy physical work of the operator, to eliminate operator error, to be able to quickly change cut lengths, and at the same time to process a wide assortment of input lengths. As a result, all of this results in a great saving of material, time saving for processing a unit of material and, last but not least, much easier and safer work for the operator of the machine. It goes without saying that there are safety features that ensure the safety of work on the optimization saw. The machine meets the strict requirements for work safety resulting from the relevant EC regulations and directives.

Saw

Separate cut Allows the operator to work with the cover open. The desired position is set on the dial of the control panel or using the arrows on the touch screen. The cut is started using a two-handed controller. It is mainly used for the processing of residual material, Kratin or prizium.
Manual mode
Setting one cut value for the entire length of the input material. Starting the incisions with the leg flap. Automatic cutting of the entire material to one set value. Continuous adjustment of cutting faces according to the operator’s request. Return to the preset value of the length of the input material. Use for the production of cubes. The advantage is a quick transition between individual values with frequent changes of the input material.
Automatic mode
Setting the desired combination of values for the entire length of the input material to ensure high yield. Continuous adjustment of cutting faces according to the operator’s request. Return to the preset value of the length of the input material. Number of lengths in the program 10 (possible selection of lengths from entered data for a given cut), number of programs 20 (10 programs for cutting lengths in a fixed order, 10 programs for optimizing the cut). Quick and easy transcription of programs, high variability. Use for the production of blanks for a wide range of packaging products.
Operation
The saw can be operated by one employee in the case of using a transverse loading conveyor, after which the material arrives for cutting e.g. From the frame saw. The position of the second worker is limited by the weight and amount of material loaded on a machine without transverse loading.
Cutting saw capacity
Production capacity je determined by the cross-sectional dimensions of the processed material, its length and the manufactured assortments. For the calculation, it is possible to use the data on the maximum feed speed of the feeder up to 60 m / min and the speed of one cutting stroke of 4 to 10 seconds. On average, we process approx. 25 m3 of pallet blanks per shift, or approx. 25 thousand. pieces of cubes for the production of pallets. In the case of cutting 5 m long floors with a diameter of 0.2 m3 per Prisma, the capacity is about 8 m3 of floors per hour.
Another possible expansion of the UKS 700 cut-off saw
The cutting machine can be supplemented with manipulation elements at the input and output of the machine. A transverse chain conveyor can be used at the entrance. At the exit, it is possible to use a driven roller conveyor (length 2 m or 3 m) with pneumatic extrusion of the packet onto the transverse gravity chute. The output of the machine can be supplemented with a Hrabicov conveyor for scraps or cut cubes.
